If a child becomes extremely distressed during the appointment—such as screaming uncontrollably, kicking, hitting, punching, or pinching—a "She’s Not Ready" Fee will be assessed. This fee reflects the additional time, care, and disruption involved when a child is not emotionally ready to proceed safely. We understand that every child has different comfort levels, and we always aim to create a positive experience. If needed, we may recommend rescheduling for a better time.
