If a child becomes extremely distressed during the appointment—such as screaming uncontrollably, kicking, hitting, punching, or pinching—a "She’s Not Ready" Fee will be assessed. This fee reflects the additional time, care, and disruption involved when a child is not emotionally ready to proceed safely. We understand that every child has different comfort levels, and we always aim to create a positive experience. If needed, we may recommend rescheduling for a better time.

If you arrive to your appointment while visibly ill or symptomatic, and the cause of your condition is unknown (e.g., fever, coughing, rash, etc.), a Hazard Pay fee will be added to your total. This is to account for the increased risk to staff and other clients. We appreciate your honesty and consideration—if you're feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule for everyone's safety.

To help create the best experience for your child, we operate as a drop-off salon. After greeting your child’s stylist and sharing a photo of the desired hairstyle, we kindly ask that you step out during the appointment. Over time, we’ve learned that most children are more relaxed and cooperative when parents are not present. The noncompliance fee will be added for any person/s occupying a seat and not receiving a service. You're welcome to wait comfortably in your car or take a quick break—we’ll keep your child entertained with iPads, TV, and snacks.
